QAM issue?
I have a Accurian ™ 7 "handheld TV. In the specification indicates that it has ATSC / NTSC Tuner but no mention of a QAM tuner. I have the TV connected directly to my cable line, without box and collect all the strings digital clear, I understand that this is only possible with a QAM tuner. My question is: ATSC and QAM go hand in hand?
NO FULLY ATSC and QAM are different. Off-the-air and QAM using different frequencies (provided on all channels), but many channels are the same. It may not have mentioned QAM.
